(According to testimony at the Indiana Statehouse on February 9, 2011, Indiana is spending $608 Million of our taxdollars to support aliens in Indiana.  There is no "enumerated object" in the US Constitution which empowers the Congress to legislate on the issue of immigration, and therefore, per Amendment X of the US Constitution, immigration is a state issue. Senator Delph is tackling the immigration issue with SB590.)
