Ride Bus from Indy to Warsaw! 11/21

Attend the upcoming rally/forum "Countdown to Judgment Day: Making a Difference in 2010" in the northern Indiana community of Warsaw, by riding in the comfort of a luxury coach with other like-minded Hoosiers. The package price below includes your event ticket, bus seat, driver gratuity, and snacks & beverages while on board the bus.  The bus will depart from Meijer's in Avon and if needed we will have a pick up point on the north side of Indianapolis. You may reserve a bus seat until 11:00 AM today (11/20)! (Contact Diane Hubbard)

Buying a Ticket Information

BUS PACKAGE:   $30

REFUND POLICY: If you must cancel your trip and we can fill your seat with another passenger, you will receive a full refund. 

REGISTRATION:  Once you have purchased your trip package through PayPal or by check, you will receive a confirmation per e-mail with an official registration form, general liability release form, and a parking liability release form.  Those completed forms are REQUIRED to board the bus and will need to be returned by November 19th.

Note:  INTeaParty reserves the right to cancel this trip prior to departure for any reason.  Upon such cancellation, you receive a full refund.

General Trip Information

DATE:  Saturday, November 21

DEPARTURE TIME:  Arrive at departure site no later than 8:00 AM.  Buses will depart by 8:15 AM
RETURN TIME: Will depart event no later than 4:00 PM and return to Indianapolis around 6:30 PM

DEPARTURE/RETURN LOCATION:  (Exact sites to be determined) 
Avon:  (Meijer's on Rockville Road) 
If needed, we will have a pick up site on the north side of Indianapolis...TBA.

LUNCH:  Once the buses arrive in Warsaw, they will stop in an area with fast food restaurants.  You will be responsible for purchasing your own lunch at a restaurant of your choice.

EVENT:  12:00 Noon - 3:00 PM  (EST)

WHAT TO BRING:  This is an INDOOR event, held in a middle school gymnasium.
On the Bus:  Neck pillow; something to read; cell phone; medications; IPOD, etc., Tote bag
For the event: Seat cushion (optional); money (you will have the opporutnity to purchase items at booths.)
